Whether via his “Belvedere Sessions” released at the end of 07, or his double whammy this fall – first with his Instrumental masterpiece: “Sounds“, and then his MF DOOM tribute/remix project “The Perfect Mask“, this productoprimate has done all he can to prove he’s one of the most prolific new producers coming out of Canada.
His latest efforts involve a grimy team-up with the now-Vancouver Island resident Royal-T (recently moved from the prairies). With Royal-T on the mic, and Dirty Sample on the deadly beat-smithing, the two cooked up 12 amazing tracks of sick underground hip hop and put it out on Dirty Sample & Metawon’s imprint: Work Turkey Music. And the mantra goes: do not sleep.
